YOGA IN ENGLISH

Alex offers two courses at KraftOrt. In both classes you can expect a positive atmosphere, the feeling you are well taken care of, and to leave with a feeling of peaceful, joyful groundedness.
Come restore your body Thursday evenings with a gentle sequence, deep openers, and lavender essential oil. Our focus in this class is mobility and total relaxation. It is an hour each week for eight weeks where you give your body a little gift. You can expect to leave the class feeling, every time, deeply calm, connected to yourself, and open. This class is open to all levels and abilities.
She is originally from Chicago, and all of her classes are in English. She has been a certified yoga teacher (200HR YTT) for over 3 years and, before that, came from a personal training/group fitness background. She currently teaches yoga, cycling, and a variety of Wellness, Team Building, and Theater courses and workshops. She teaches for all levels. No matter if this is your 1000th yoga class or your 1st, you are welcome :)
